Shipping policy

We aim to get your tools and machinery to you fast and safely across Kenya.

1) Where We Deliver

  • Kenya-wide via trusted couriers and freight partners.
  • Bulky/oversize items (generators, pumps, welders, long hoses, etc.) ship on freight services and may require pallet/crate handling.

2) Handling & Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed Mon–Sat before 2:00 PM (EAT): usually dispatch same day.
  • After 2:00 PM or on public holidays: dispatch next business day.
  • We’ll notify you if an item is pre-order or out of stock.

3) Estimated Transit Times

  • Nairobi & environs: 0–2 business days.
  • Major towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika, Nyeri, Meru, etc.): 1–3 business days.
  • Remote/ASAL areas: 2–5 business days (weather/road conditions may affect timelines).

Delivery estimates exclude Sundays and public holidays.

4) Shipping Fees

  • Shown at checkout for standard parcels.
  • Bulky/oversize freight is quoted (weight/volume/distance). We’ll contact you to confirm the best-value option.

5) Delivery & Receiving

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive, inspect, and sign for the order.
  • If packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the rider and take photos before opening.
  • Discrepancies (missing/wrong/damaged) must be reported within 48 hours (see Section 10 of our Return Policy).

6) Click & Collect (Where Available)

  • If offered at checkout, you can pick up after you receive a “Ready for collection” message. Bring your ID and order number.

COD Rules

  • COD limit may apply (e.g., up to KSh 50,000 per delivery). Higher amounts require M-Pesa or bank prepayment.
  • Have exact cash ready; count with the rider.
  • If delivery is attempted and no one is available, re-delivery fees may apply.
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts may convert the order to prepay only.

8) Bulky Freight & Access

  • Customer must ensure accessible offloading (ground floor, driveway, gate access).
  • If special handling is needed (stairs, cranes, long carries), please tell us in advance—extra fees may apply.

9) Customs/Regulatory

  • For any cross-border or special permits (if offered), the buyer is responsible for required documentation and fees unless agreed in writing.
